Molly Woodman is a Senior Policy Advisor at the Digital Sovereignty Alliance in Washington, D.C., where she advances public policies that promote ethical innovation in decentralized technologies, blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, and AI. She brings over five years of federal experience in private sector engagement, interagency coordination, data management, and navigating complex political environments. Previously, Molly served as a Program and Data Analyst in the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Economic, Energy, and Business Affairs, supporting the Ukraine Business Facilitation Program and the Championing American Business through Diplomacy Act of 2019 (CABDA) annual report to Congress. She also worked as an Information Specialist in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, leading data compliance initiatives, building dashboards, and delivering briefings and trainings. She received multiple awards related to the J-1 Visa Program (BridgeUSA). Molly holds a B.A. in Political Science and English and an M.A. in International Affairs (Security and Peace concentration) from Middle Tennessee State University.
