Joanita Titan is Head of Institutional Growth at the Monad Foundation, where she leads global engagement with institutional partners and investors to accelerate adoption of Monad’s high-performance blockchain. Her work focuses on advancing real-world institutional use cases that highlight Monad’s scalability, low-latency execution, and long-term relevance across global markets. Prior to Monad, Joanita built FalconX’s custody and staking business as Head of Custody and Staking Sales, and previously led Anchorage Digital’s institutional expansion across Asia. She began her career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, advising family offices and ultra-high-net-worth clients across New York and Southeast Asia.
